Brandon has a background in finance and focuses on guiding clients through the complex intersection of tax law, business strategy, and public policy. After earning his LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown Law, he began his career in Big 4 public accounting, advising multinational clients on cross-border structuring and international tax compliance. Brandon later served as an attorney at the IRS, Office of Chief Counsel, where he advised IRS trial attorneys and taxpayers on the interpretation and application of investment and production tax credits under the Internal Revenue Code. Licensed in Michigan and Washington, D.C., Brandon is committed to helping clients navigate today’s evolving tax landscape with practical, forward-looking solutions tailored to their unique goals.
