McGuireWoods BPEF Connect (“the directory”) is a service to members of McGuireWoods’ Black Professionals in Private Equity and Finance community.  The directory is intended to allow members to connect with peers and to source deal opportunities.  McGuireWoods does not solicit any individual to submit their information.  Inclusion on BPEF Connect is strictly voluntary. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement by McGuireWoods of any individual, organization or firm. 

Although members are encouraged and permitted to view their listing and to update it online, McGuireWoods does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information contained in the directory. Membership data may not be downloaded, republished, resold or duplicated, in whole or in part, for commercial or any other purposes or for the purposes of compiling mailing lists.  In no event shall McGuireWoods be responsible or liable for any decision made or action taken by you from information contained on BPEF Connect. 

All personal data collected in connection with the directory is maintained and used in compliance with McGuireWoods’ Privacy Statement.
