Hello, I’m a former private equity professional who transitioned to become an independent sponsor in 1H25. My experience ranges both lower middle market and middle market investing, which has helped form my strategy with Prospera Capital Management. We’re LMM focused investing in business and healthcare services assets $3-12M of EBITDA in businesses where owners’ are staying on for future growth. We are operationally driven as result of my and my partners previous PE experience.
