Fidele is an Investor at Multiplier Capital, where he focuses on deal diligence, execution, and structuring. Multiplier Capital is a $1Bn+ investment firm focused on enterprise software, providing venture debt and growth capital solutions to sponsor-backed companies. He is also the Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Drevuma Holdings, an emerging investment holding platform expected to launch in 2027, focused on acquiring, scaling, and operating businesses across industrial and infrastructure sectors, with an emphasis on transportation, logistics, and supply chain. Prior to joining Multiplier in 2025, Fidele supported deal diligence, execution, and fund formation at a startup private equity platform. He previously served as an Associate at ICV Partners, a middle-market private equity firm with over $1.5 billion in assets under management, where he focused on deal execution and portfolio company management. Earlier in his career, Fidele was an Investment Banker in the Technology and Services group at Raymond James, executing M&A and financing transactions across financial technology, business services, and software sectors. He began his career at PwC in the Deals practice, providing valuation and financial modeling support to Fortune 500 companies and private equity sponsors. Fidele holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from Randolph-Macon College and a Master of Science in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
