Jabbar earned an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for MEND NJ, an organization that strengthens and supports an interfaith network of 20 member food pantries located throughout Essex County, NJ.
PJ Harris focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate transactional matters. He represents publicly and privately held companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and other transformative and strategic transactions.
Kamau is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing investments for Comvest’s direct lending and special opportunities stratagies. Investment sizes range from $20 to $200 million depending on strategy.
