Mr. Betru leads the Strategy & Operations Team, which includes post investment value creation and social impact initiatives for Trident and portfolio companies. Mr. Betru is also a member of Trident’s Investment Committee and its Executive Committee.
Makayla Stephens is a Director within Oppenheimer’s Global Fund Placement and Advisory Group focused on capital raising for primary, secondary, and direct/co-investment transactions. She’s also responsible for institutional investor coverage.
PJ Harris focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate transactional matters. He represents publicly and privately held companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, platform and add-on acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and other transformative and strategic transactions.
