She is committed to finding Rockstar leaders for her clients and has completed over 120+ CFO searches. Heather had a diversified background before her executive search tenure; she spent fifteen years in management consulting with Fiserv and Robert Half in national leadership roles. Heather comes from an extended family of doctors, giving her a unique and in-depth experience and understanding of the healthcare business’s challenges. Heather is a Texas native who graduated from the University of Texas with a BBA. Heather and her husband live in Dallas, and you can find them spending time with her children and their crazy Goldendoodle, Oliver. Heather is active in her community, including a Women in ACG Dallas/Fort Worth committee member and the National Charity League with her daughter. She cares deeply about health (her own and others’), and if she is not spending time with family running from one sporting event to another, you can find her practicing Pilates, yoga, and cycling.
